If services are grouped by tags on the work order type level, you can see the list of tags, tap a specific tag, and then select services with this tag.
On the Company tab, click Work Order Types, and then on the Work Order Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate work order type.
In the Work Order Type dialog box, select Tags in the Group Services By box, and then click OK.
Ask your technicians to update the application data.
Now when adding or editing work orders technicians will see services grouped by tags on the ‘Services’ screen.
