Repair order priority auto-adjustment 

We have added the ‘Priority Auto-Adjustment’ setting to work order types so now you can specify the day of the week and the period after repair order start when repair order priority must be automatically changed to ‘High’.

Note We’ve moved the ‘Monitor’ section from general settings to a separate tab. 

‘Time Sheet Pay Using Hourly Rate’ Report

We have added a new report called ‘Time Sheet Pay Using Hourly Rate’ to the ‘Timesheets’ tab. The report shows how much you need to pay your technicians based on their timesheet time.

Auction Edge Integration

We have added the ‘Auction Edge Integration’ to the list of integration systems from which we can get dealer feeds for creating service requests.
