Set up wizard in service request types

You can define the order in which the screens are displayed when you create or edit service requests in the mobile app, as well as whether some screens must be shown or hidden.

  • On the Service Request Types page, click the Wizard link next to the appropriate service request type.

To hide the “Questions” screen related to a specific question form

  • On the Service Request Wizard page, click Delete next to the question form that you want to hide.

Note Deleted question form will be unassigned from the service request type.

To hide the ‘Claim’ screen 

  • On the Service Request Wizard page, in the Enable/Disable column, click the Change Status button next to the ‘Claim Info’ form.

To change the order in which screens are displayed

  • On the Service Request Wizard page, in the Order column, click the Up or Down buttons next to the appropriate form.

If you have enabled the following forms in the following order: 

  1. Vehicle Info

  2. Services

  3. Claim Info

  4. Question Form

When you create or edit a service request of this type in the mobile app, you will see the corresponding screens in the appropriate order:
