You can define whether technicians can close service requests in the mobile app.
To allow closing service requests
In the Service Request Type dialog box, click the Mobile Settings tab, click Yes next to the Allow to close service request option, and then click OK.
Now, when you tap a service request of this type, you can see the ‘Close’ action.
To prevent closing service requests
In the Service Request Type dialog box, click the Mobile Settings tab, click No next to the Allow to close service request option, and then click OK.
Now, when you tap a service request of this type, you cannot see the ‘Close’ action.
