You can enable the ‘Allow Undo Reject’ setting that lets you return a rejected service request to the Acceptance phase.
In the Service Request Type dialog box, select the Allow Undo Reject checkbox, and then click OK.
When you point to a rejected service request of this type, you can click the ‘Undo Reject’ button to return it to reset the Rejected status and return it to the Acceptance phase.
