Manage service request types

You can add new service request types, edit existing service request types, and delete service request types that you no longer need. 

To add a new service request type

  • On the Company tab, click Service Request Types, and then click Add on the toolbar.

  • In the Service Request Type dialog box, enter the appropriate settings, and then click OK.

To edit a service request type

  • On the Service Request Types page, click Edit next to the service request type that you want to change.

  • In the Service Request Type dialog box, make the appropriate changes, and then click OK.

To delete a service request type

  • On the Service Request Types page, click Delete next to the service request type that you want to remove.

  • Click OK in the confirmation message.

When technicians create new service requests in the mobile app they can select a service request type from the list.
