You can assign question form print template to inspection type so that only question sections included in it will be shown on inspection printouts.
Note This option works with HTML Printing only.
On the Company tab, click Inspection Types, and then on the Inspection Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate inspection type.
In the Inspection Type dialog box, select the appropriate question form print template in the Questions Template box, and then click OK.
Ask your team to update the main database on their mobile devices.
Now when you print an inspection you will see only question sections from assigned question form print template.
