Add services to repair orders
You can add services to repair orders if some additional work must be done or necessary services were not added during the work order creation.
Edit services in repair orders
You can edit services in repair orders when you need to change service price, quantity, or other details.
Change repair order department
Users with the Manager, Inspector, or Location Manager role can manually update the department of repair orders.
Reset the start date of repair order phases and services
You can reset the start date of repair order phases or services so that you can start them again whenever you need.
Resend data to Back Office
You can manually resend inspections, work orders, and invoices to the Back Office application if they were not sent automatically for some reason.
Allow tracking the status of phases, services, or both
We have replaced the Do Not Track Individual Services check box in repair location phases with a more flexible setting 'Work Status Tracking' that lets you define whether ReconPro Starter users can track the status of either repair order phases, or services, or both.
- Phase Level Only option means that mobile app users can track the status of the phase only (the Complete button is available for the phase only, not for services).
- Service And Phase Levels option means that mobile app users can track the status of the phase and its services (the Complete button is available for both the phase and services)
- Service Level Only option means that mobile app users can track the status of services only (the Complete button is available for services only, not for the phase).
