Users with the Manager, Inspector, or Location Manager role can manually update the department of repair orders.

Allow tracking the status of phases, services, or both

We have replaced the Do Not Track Individual Services check box in repair location phases with a more flexible setting 'Work Status Tracking' that lets you define whether ReconPro Starter users can track the status of either repair order phases, or services, or both. 

  • Phase Level Only option means that mobile app users can track the status of the phase only (the Complete button is available for the phase only, not for services). 
  • Service And Phase Levels option means that mobile app users can track the status of the phase and its services (the Complete button is available for both the phase and services) 
  • Service Level Only option means that mobile app users can track the status of services only (the Complete button is available for services only, not for the phase).
