Assign default technician to client services
You can specify a default technician for client services, and these services will be automatically assigned to the default technician when you add them to an inspection or a work order created for this client.
Specify phone number for a device license
When you add a new device you can enter a phone number, or you can select a technician and technician’s phone number will be entered automatically.
Note You can also specify a phone number for a pre-registered device on the Pending Registrations tab.
Allow tracking the status of phases, services, or both
We have replaced the Do Not Track Individual Services check box in repair location phases with a more flexible setting “Work Status Tracking” that lets you define whether ReconPro users can track the status of either repair order phases, or services, or both.
- Phase Level Only option means that mobile app users can track the status of the phase only (the Complete current phase button is available).
- Service And Phase Levels option means that mobile app users can track the status of the phase and its services (the Complete current phase button is available)
- Service Level Only option means that mobile app users can track the status of services only (the Complete current phase button is not available).
