You can find repair orders that include particular parts by setting the appropriate filter conditions. 

  • Click the Menu icon, click Operations, and then click Parts Management.

  • Click the Down arrow in the Search bar. 

  • In the Advanced Search dialog box, enter the appropriate filter settings, and then click Search.

You can filter repair orders with parts by the following details:

  • Customer

  • Phase

  • WO Type

  • WO#

  • Stock# 

  • VIN

  • ETA From (start date of estimated time of arrival)

  • ETA To (end date of estimated time of arrival)

  • OEM# (original equipment manufacturer number)

  • Notes

  • From 

  • To

  • Ordered From 

  • Ordered To
