Turn on showing claim information

You can enable the Claim screen in inspections of a particular type so that technicians can collect some insurance information when creating inspections of this type. 

Note The Claim screen is shown after the Vehicle screen. 

To turn on the Claim screen

  • On the Company tab, click Inspection Types, and then on the Inspection Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate inspection type.

  • In the Inspection Type dialog box, select the Include Claim Info check box, and then click OK.

Note Once the Include Claim Info setting is turned on, the Settings link in the Claim Info column becomes clickable and you can set up the Claim Info settings.
