You can manage reasons that technicians can specify when changing inspection status in the mobile app.
Note You can manage reasons for two inspection statuses only: Archived and Declined.
On the Inspection Types page, click the Status Reasons button on the toolbar.
To add a new status reason, click Add on the toolbar, select status, type the name of the reason, and then click OK.
To modify an existing status reason, click Edit next to the appropriate reason, make the changes that you want, and then click OK.
To remove a status reason that you no longer need, click Delete next to the appropriate reason, and then click OK in the confirmation message.
