You can assign a service to a question section so that when you add this service to inspections or work orders in the mobile app, this service will be automatically assigned to this technician.

  • On the Company tab, click Services, and then click Edit next to the appropriate service.

  • In the Service dialog box, click the appropriate question section in the Question Section box, and then click OK.

Now, when you add this service to an inspection or a work order in the mobile app, you can answer questions included in this section.
