You can view, add, edit, and delete invoice notes.
- On the Invoices page, in the Notes column, click the Notes icon.
Tip If an invoice already has some notes the Notes icon is yellow. If an invoice doesn’t have any notes yet the Notes icon is gray.
- In the Invoice dialog box, enter, edit, or delete notes in the Description box, and then click Update.
Note You can also see payment notes if some payments were added to the invoice.
