You can turn on the Block Identical Services setting that doesn’t let device users create more than one work order with the same VIN and the same services.
On the Company tab, click Work Order Types, and then on the Work Order Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate work order type.
In the Work Order Type dialog box, select the Block Identical Services check box, and then click OK.
