Inspection Editor

With Inspection Editor, Back Office administrators can edit new and draft inspections: change inspection date, customer’s email address and phone number, vehicle details, service price and quantity, and delete services.

Improvements in Vehicles Completed by Phase

We have added the Technician option and the Add Summary option to the Search pane of the Vehicles Completed by Phase report, so now you can filter report data by a particular technician and see the summary at the bottom of the report.

Enhancement in event conditions

We have added the Meets All Criteria option and the Meets Any Criteria option to the Conditions section in the Event dialog box, so now you can define whether all or any of the conditions must be met to trigger events.

Changes in priority of employee auto-assignment

Priority of employee assignment to work orders created from service requests has been changed.
