You can define whether inspection pictures must be attached to inspections sent by email, and whether these pictures must be attached as separate files or as a compressed ZIP folder.
On the Company tab, click Inspection Types, and then on the Inspection Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate inspection type.
In the Inspection Type dialog box, select the Email Pictures check box, if needed, select the In ZIP check box, and then click OK.
Ask your team to update the main database on their mobile devices.
Note Multiple pictures gathered into one ZIP folder can be quickly saved from email...
...while pictures attached as separate files can be easily opened with a single click.
