The Service Package setting defines which services will be available for work orders of the given type.
When you create a work order based on a type which is assigned to the default service package “All Services”, all available services will be shown on the Services screen.
When you create a work order based on a type which is assigned to a custom service package, only services included to this service package will be shown on the Services screen.
