Duplicate checking for inspections

We have added the Duplicates column to the Inspections page so now you can check inspection duplicates by VIN, RO#, or VIN and RO#. 

Track the status of parts services in repair orders

You can track the status of parts services added to monitored work orders.

Required Subscriptions:

  • Features: Basic Parts, Recon Monitor, Vendors Support

Note Parts services have a different set of statuses:

  • Ordered (corresponds to the Active status of other services)

  • Received (corresponds to the Completed status of other services)

  • Re-ordered (corresponds to the Rework status of other services)

To assign parts services to repair order phases

  • On the Monitor tab, click Repair Locations, and then click the Services link next to the appropriate repair location. 

  • On the Phase Services page, select the appropriate work order type and phase, select the check box next to the appropriate parts services, and then click the Assign to selected services button. 

To assign parts services to internal or vendor teams

  • On the Monitor tab, click Vendors/Teams, and then click the Service Assign link next to the appropriate team. 

  • On the Vendor Services page, select the appropriate repair location and work order type, move the appropriate parts services to the Vendor Services list, set their price, and then click the Update button. 

Filter the Vendor Assignments report by technician

We have added the Technician option to the Search pane of the Vendor Assignments report, so now you can filter search results by a particular technician.

Filter the Repair Location Time Tracking report by customer

We have added the Customer option to the Search pane of the Repair Location Time Tracking report, so now you can filter search results by a particular client.

Filter the Service Advisor Sales report by work order type

We have added the WO Type option to the Search pane of the Service Advisor Sales report, so now you can filter search results by a particular work order type.
