Display data as QR Code on printouts

You can create a new type of print template configuration that displays inspection, work order, or invoice data as QR codes.

Required Subscriptions:

  • Features: Print Management

  • Print Package: Custom Editable Template Package

For example, if you want the vehicle stock number to be shown both as text and as QR code you can drag the [StockNo] tag to the template editor twice and select the appropriate display format for each tag.

Note Now you can also set the font size for data shown as text (either for all tags of a kind or for each tag separately)

When you generate the print preview based on the print template configuration settings you will see the stock number both as text and QR code.

Customer filter in Average Repair Time report

We have added the Customer filter to the Search pane of the Average Repair Time report so now you can track the average repair time spent on vehicles of a particular customer. 

Extended access to invoices for Area and Team Administrators

Now users with the Area Administrator role and the Team Administrator role can manage invoices created in the Back Office application. For that purpose they need to select the “Back Office” option in the Team filter. 

Note The invoices will be filtered by the appropriate customer’s area, so area and team administrators will see invoices within the scope of their areas only.
