Once you have upgraded from Repair360 (Free Edition), you can create user accounts for your technicians and have them register for Repair360 on their mobile devices. 

1. Log in to your Back Office application

2. Create user accounts for your technicians

3. Ask your technicians to: 

  • Find Repair360 in Play Store or App Store (depending on device operating system). 
  • Install and open Repair360 

  • Enter first name, last name, phone number, and email address exactly as they were entered in the user account, and then tap Continue on the Personal Info screen.
  • Type the verification code, which is sent as a message to the phone number, and then tap Verify on the Phone Verification screen. 

Note That’s it. Now your technicians are all set and can use Repair360!
