If customer statements in QuickBooks show customer address without customer name, you should make appropriate changes in the ReconPro QuickBooks Exporter settings to make sure that the customer profile in QuickBooks is set to have the customer name on the statement address.

To include customer name to address information

  • Start ReconPro QuickBooks Exporter, click the Settings tab, and select the Add Customer Name to Address check box.
