If you don’t see particular invoices on the Invoices page in the Back Office application, first of all, you should check the following filter settings:
By default, the Timeframe filter is set to show invoices for the last 30 days, so if the invoices that you search were created more than a month ago, please, set the appropriate period.
The All status doesn’t show the void invoices, so if the invoice you are looking for can be void, you should select the Void status.
You can select the Archived check box to search missing invoices among the archived invoices.
