You can define whether estimate management system data for a particular EMS platform must be attached to inspections sent by email.
Note Your Back Office application must be subscribed to at least one EMS platform.
On the Company tab, click Inspection Types, and then on the Inspection Types page, click Edit next to the appropriate inspection type.
In the Inspection Type dialog box, select the appropriate estimate management system in the Email EMS box, and then click OK.
Ask your team to update the main database on their mobile devices.
Now when inspections of this type are sent by email, the appropriate EMS data will be attached to an email as a ZIP folder.
