You can configure automatic saving of CSV files with inspection information to your company FTP.
Required Subscriptions:
- Feature: EntityCSVtoFTP
- On the Company tab, click Company Info, and then on the Integration Settings tab, in the FTP Settings section, click the Configure link.
- Click Add on the toolbar, and then in the FTP dialog box, enter the appropriate settings, and click OK.
- Name
- Description
- Server Name is your domain name or server IP address.
- Server Port is the port number. Default port is 21.
- User is your username or the username of an FTP account.
- Password is the password for the user you are logging in as.
- Use Passive Mode allows using web browser as an FTP client and avoiding problems with Firewall. This check box is selected by default.
- Disabled allows disabling FTP that you don’t want to use.
- In the Entity Type CSV Mapping Settings section, click the Configure link.
- Select the appropriate entity type in the Entity Type section, and then click Add on the toolbar.
- In the Entity Type CSV Mapping dialog box, enter the appropriate settings, and click OK.
- Type allows selecting a particular type of selected entity.
- CSV Mapping allows selecting a CSV mapping with particular settings.
- FTP allows selecting an FTP with particular settings.
- File Path allows specifying a particular folder to which CSV files must be saved. The path must start and end with a slash (/).
- Disabled allows disabling entity type CSV mapping that you don’t want to use.
- Click Update at the bottom of the page.
