Add a logo

You can add the following logos based on your needs:

  • Company Logo

  • Area Logo

  • Client Logo

Company logo is shown in the header of:

  • Back Office application (for logged-in users)

  • Printouts of inspections, work orders, and invoices

  • Reports

To add a company logo

  • On the Company tab, click Company Info, and then click the Company Profile tab.

  • Click the Browse button next to the Logo label.

  • In the File Upload dialog box, browse to the logo image file, click it, and then click Open.

  • Click the Save Settings button.

Tip Recommended size of logo is from 50px - 300px in width by 50px - 100px in height.

Area logo can be shown instead of your company logo on printouts of inspections, work orders, and invoices created by employees of the team that is assigned to the given area.

Note Your Back Office application must be subscribed to the AreaSupport feature.

To add an area logo

  • On the Company tab, click Areas, and then click Edit next to the appropriate area.

  • In the Area dialog box, on the Logo tab, click Select.

  • In the File Upload dialog box, browse to the area logo image in the PNG format, click the image, and then click Open.

  • Select the Use Logo On Printout check box.

Client logo can be shown instead of your company logo in the header of:

  • Back Office application (for logged-in client users)

  • Printouts of inspections and invoices created for the given client

To add a client logo

  • On the Company tab, click Clients, and then click Edit next to the appropriate client.

  • In the Client dialog box, on the Logo tab, click Select.

  • In the File Upload dialog box, browse to the client logo image in the PNG format, click the image, and then click Open.

Important! If your Back Office application is subscribed to the Edit Offline Template (Print Management) feature, you can manage logo display for each template used for printing inspections and invoices.

  • On the Company tab, click Print Templates Configurations, and then click the appropriate print template.

  • Select the Show Company Logo check box to turn on showing company logo.

  • Select the Use Client Logo check box to turn on showing client logo instead of company logo.

Tip Minimum size of logo is 200px in width by 200px in height.
