You can select another department for repair orders if you log in with a user account assigned to the Manager, Inspector, or Location Manager role.
On the Home screen, tap Monitor, and then on the Repair Orders screen, tap the appropriate repair order.
Tap Change Department, and then, on the Select Department screen, tap the department that you want.
