You can define a period within which the data is kept in ReconPro iOS client application on your mobile device.
Note The data in the Back Office application stays there forever.
To change the Device History settings
- In the Back Office application, on the Company tab, click Company Info.
- On the Company Settings tab, click the down-pointing arrow in the Device History box, click the period you want to set, and then click Save Settings.
Note New Device History settings will be applied after you update the database on your mobile device.
Important! Take into account that the longer is the Device History period set in the Back Office application, the larger is the database file sent to your mobile device. The larger the database file is, the more processing resources it takes on your mobile device and the longer processing time is, especially when doing search, checking for VIN duplicates, etc.
