You can register devices by adding new devices in the Back Office application and then entering registration codes in the mobile apps. 

Tip Before starting the device registration process you should create employee accounts in the Back Office application so that they can log in to the mobile app on their devices. 

To add a new device

  • On the Company tab, click Manage Devices; and then on the Active Devices page, in the Pending Registrations section, click Add New Devices
  • In the Device dialog box, on the Device Settings tab, select the team in the Team box, select a license in the Lic.# box, and type the nickname in the Nickname box to distinguish this device registration from others.

Important! By default, the registration code expires in 15 minutes after you click OK, so if you are not sure that the code can be entered on a device within 15 minutes, you can change the expiration period in the Expires In setting. Also, we recommend installing the mobile app on device before getting the registration code.

Note When you select a team while adding a new device, you may see the following warning message: “Warning! you are about to register a device to a team with no users, please create a user account prior to registering this device.” This means that before selecting this team for a new device, you must assign at least one employee to this team.

View the registration code

After adding a new device, you can see the registration code in the Reg. Code column, in the Pending Registrations section. 

Email the registration code

If you specify email addresses in the Expiration & Notification section, the registration code will be sent by email. 

  • Enter email addresses in the Recipients box, or select an employee in the Employee box, and then click the Add Email link to enter employee’s email address automatically. 

Text the registration code

If you specify a phone number in the SMS-Based Registration section, the registration code will be texted to employee’s mobile device. 

  • Enter a phone number in the Phone# box, or select an employee in the Employee box, and then click the Set Phone link to enter employee’s phone number automatically.
