Repair OnDemand is the trusted marketplace connecting more than 16000 sublet repair professionals with companies that have vehicles in need of repair, such as fleet owners, auction operators, dealerships, and independent repair facilities.
With the RoD integration, you can send repair order services to your repairers, receive and approve their supplements, track completion, and request rework directly from your Repair360 application.
To set up the integration:
Activate the ‘Repair OnDemand for Suppliers’ feature
Map your services to Repair onDdemand catalog items
Use a preset service assigned to the Repair onDemand catalog
Assign and select vehicle parts for money services
You can assign vehicle parts to a service of the ‘Money’ price type, and then select one of them when adding the service to repair orders.
