Create vendor work orders (Vendor Connect)
With the ‘Vendor Work Order Creation’ setting recently added to Repair360 Back Office, vendor work orders can be created manually, automatically, or not created at all.
If a vendor work order must be created manually, vendor technicians are prompted to create it when they complete the last repair order service assigned to them.
If for some reason a vendor work order was not created either automatically or manually, vendor technicians can click the warning icon on the RO Search screen to see the repair orders with a missing vendor work order, and then create it using the action menu.
