Basic Statement Report

The ‘Basic Statement’ report shows paid and unpaid invoices, as well as total amounts for each list. You can filter the report data by area, team, client, client type, billing mode, rebate, invoice type, and timeframe. You can generate the report if your user role allows you to.

Tech Commissions Report

The ‘Tech Commissions’ report shows how much you need to pay your technicians per invoice and in total. You can filter the report data by area, team, employee, client, work order type, billing mode, invoice status, and timeframe. You can generate the report if your user role allows you to.

Work Orders Production Report

The ‘Work Orders Production’ report shows the list of work orders in production and their total amount. You can filter the report data by area, team, client, work order type, status, and timeframe. You can generate the report if your user role allows you to.

Services Re-implementation

We have re-implemented the ‘Services’ functionality to extend the settings and provide consistency of the application components and design.

MOTOR labor time improvements

We have made some improvements to the MOTOR integration so now you can see:

  • labor times for a specific trim and engine (instead of multiple sets of labor times)

  • labor time notes (i.e. what the labor operation includes and/or does not include)

  • labor time for both sides (if applicable)
