Team Skills

In Classic Back Office you can assign an internal or vendor team to one or multiple skills.

In Monitor and Parts Management, when you assign a team to service(s) associated with a specific skill, you can select only teams associated with the same skill, as well as teams associated with the service(s) directly.

Adding markups has been improved

We have made the following improvements in Markups:

  • If a markup for a team or all teams already exists, you cannot create another markup for this team or all teams.

  • The name of selected team or ‘All Teams’ is displayed next to the team type in the ‘Team’ column.

Auto-creating part order after getting quote from generic parts provider

We have made the following improvements in Parts Management:

  • When users request a quote from a generic part provider, no part order is created automatically.

  • When users receive a quote from a generic part provider, the part order is automatically created in the ‘Quote Received’ status.
