Allow vendor techs to add services in Vendor Connect

If the appropriate setting is turned on in Repair360 Back Office, vendor technicians can add services to client’s repair orders in Vendor Connect so that they can get approval for additional work that needs to be done.

Note Vendor technicians can add only vendor services assigned in Classic Back Office.

Allow assigning technicians to services in final status

If you want mobile app users to have the ability to change tech assignment of services and tasks in a final status, for example, ‘Completed’...

…you can turn on the appropriate action for the ‘Repair Orders’ and/or ‘Work Orders’ resource on the ‘Mobile’ tab of their roles.

We have also made the following improvements:

  • Users can add, edit, and delete services, edit price and quantity in monitored work orders if the same actions are available for them in repair orders.

  • Users cannot edit details in monitored work orders if repair orders are in a read-only active phase or have the 'On Hold' status.

Get labor times for repair order services with MOTOR car-specific catalogs

You can now use services assigned to the MOTOR car-specific catalogs for getting standard, warranty, and average labor times in Monitor (incl. Vendor Connect):

  • If a service with the ‘Repair Bundle’ price type is assigned to the ‘MOTOR car-specific parts’ catalog, when you add this service to a repair order, you can find the necessary part in the catalog and then select the appropriate labor time for it.

  • If a service with the ‘Labor’ or ‘Repair Bundle’ price type is assigned to the ‘MOTOR car-specific labor’ catalog, when you add this service to a repair order, you can find the necessary labor in the catalog and then select the appropriate labor time for it.

Showing a warning that the team has no location

If users’ team is not assigned to any repair location, when users try to access repair orders (by tapping the ‘Monitor’ menu option, Monitor-related quick actions, or ‘Monitor’ work order action), they can see the appropriate warning notification.
