You can now generate the ‘Tech Work Orders’ report that shows work orders created by the logged-in technician within the specified period of time. The report in the PDF format is sent to the entered email address.

Note The 'Tech Work Orders' report is available in the mobile app if the Back Office application is subscribed to the 'WOByEmployeesReport' feature.

You can enable notes for the ‘Service Requests’ and ‘Repair Orders’ list views in the Mobile App Settings of your Back Office application so that mobile app users can see the notes on service request and repair order cards.
