Use tags in vehicle inventory and scheduled maintenance

You can now use tags in vehicle inventory for additional categorization or classification of vehicles, and tags in scheduled maintenance for auto-creating specific service contracts.

Mobile app settings for list views

You can now choose a preset layout of the list views so that mobile app users can see more or less information on service requests, inspections, work orders, repair orders, and invoices.

Allow users with custom roles to see and edit notes

We have added the ‘Notes’ resource (with the ‘Read’ and ‘Edit’ actions) to the role settings so now you can allow users to see and change notes on the ‘Service Requests’, ‘Repair Orders’, and ‘Parts Management’ pages in Back Office, and on ‘Service Requests’, ‘Inspections’, ‘Work Orders’, ‘Repair Orders’, and ‘Invoices’ screens in the mobile app.

Note Users with ‘global roles’ and ‘client user roles’ can see and change notes by default, except for the 'Client Monitor Manager - ReadOnly' role that does not allow editing the notes.
