If the ‘Block Identical Services’ setting is turned on for an inspection type, mobile app users cannot create more than one inspection with the same VIN and the same services unless they get approval from managers.

Note Now the system checks for duplicate inspections and work orders even if they are created on other devices by other users.

If the ‘Multiple’ setting is turned ON for a service included in a bundle mobile app users can add this service to the bundle multiple times, if the ‘Multiple’ setting is turned OFF then they can add this bundle item only once.
