You can display multiple work order services as a single line item on invoice printout if there is no need to show all the details of completed work.
On the ‘Printout Options’ tab of the appropriate invoice print template:
In the ‘Work Orders’ section, select the ‘Combine Services To 1 Item’ checkbox.
In the ‘Line Items’ section, click the ‘Edit Labels’ link, and then in the ‘Edit Labels’ dialog box, enter the appropriate name in the ‘Single Combined Service’ field.
The name of the label will be shown as a single line below the work order information.
