Set up statuses & transitions

We have implemented a new feature that allows you to customize the names and transitions between the statuses of repair order services and parts.

On the ‘Statuses’ tab of the ‘Parts Management’ page, you can turn on and off the part statuses, as well as specify their custom names.

On the ‘Transitions’ tab of the ‘Parts Management’ page, you can define the transitions between part statuses per user role and repair location.

On the ‘Statuses’ tab of the ‘Monitor’ page, you can turn on and off the repair order service statuses, as well as specify their custom names.

On the ‘Transitions’ tab of the ‘Monitor’ page, you can define the transitions between repair order service statuses per user role and repair location.

Repair order service approval rollback

You can open the repair order ‘Approval’ page at any time, even if all the services have been already approved or declined.

If you need to roll back the approval of approved services, click the ‘Approve’ button next to the appropriate services.

Important! Don’t forget to save the changes before leaving the page, otherwise, the rollback will not be applied.

Note You cannot roll back the approval of services in the ‘Audited’, ‘Rework’, ‘Problem’ or ‘Completed’ status and parts with orders in the ‘Re-ordered’, ‘Received’, ‘Audited’, ‘Problem’, or ‘Installed’ status.

Support for the ‘Panel’ price policy on the ‘Repair Order Approval’ page

Now when you approve a repair order service with the ‘Panel’ price policy you will see multiple instances of the service depending on the number of vehicle parts selected for the service.
