Punch-out Status Report
The new report shows failed and successful log records with information about getting quotes and ordering parts from punch-out providers.
Ensure adding documents to part inventory batches
We have added the following options to the ‘Parts Inventory’ add-on settings:
Credit memo is required for the 'RTV Completed' batch status
Vendor invoice is required for received batches
Note The ‘Vendor invoice # required for received batches’ option has been removed as no longer needed.
If the ‘Credit memo is required for the 'RTV Completed' batch status’ option is selected, you must add the credit memo document when the batch has been returned to the vendor.
If the ‘Vendor invoice is required for received batches’ option is selected, you must add the vendor invoice document when the batch has been received from the vendor.
Auto-stop working time
We have added the ‘Auto-stop working time’ option to the ‘Monitor’ section on the ‘Company Settings’ page so that you can define when started services must be automatically stopped based on the repair location working hours.
Note You can override the setting on the repair location level: If you select ‘No’ the started services will not be automatically stopped, if you select ‘Yes’ they will be stopped in 60 minutes.
Now when technicians forget to stop a repair order service it will be stopped automatically after the specified period of time at the end of business day.
Print multiple inspections related to a repair order
On the ‘Repair Order’ detail view, you can select one, multiple, or all related inspections and generate their print preview.
Check out repair order when approving services
When you are approving repair order services, the repair order gets automatically checked out so that no other user can start editing it until you finish.
Note If a repair order has been checked out by another user, you cannot approve repair order services.
Deleting services from closed and on-hold repair orders is not allowed
We have restricted the deletion of repair order services so that users cannot delete services if repair orders are in the ‘Closed’ or ‘On Hold’ status.
Changes in deleting parts & labor from repair orders
When you delete the only labor associated with a part, you must delete it together with the part.
Note When deleting not the only labor associated with a part, you can delete it without the part.
Support for linked labor types and skills in catalogs
If a labor type is selected for a catalog node, when you select a labor skill, you can see only labor skills associated with the selected labor type.
When a labor skill is selected for a catalog node, the associated labor type gets automatically preselected.
