Add documents to repair orders

We have added the ability to attach documents to repair orders so now you can add vendor invoices and credit memos to repair orders from the list view and details view.

Delete repair order services and tasks

Repair360 Back Office administrators can delete repair order services and tasks if the ‘Allow deleting services/tasks in Back Office’ setting is turned on for the appropriate work order types in ReconPro Classic Back Office.

Note Required services and automatically added tasks cannot be deleted.

Copy service request customer from service contract

When you create a service request from a service contract, the service request customer will be automatically copied from the service contract based on the ‘Client Transition’ setting of the appropriate service request type in ReconPro Classic Back Office.
