Labor Skills

You can associate labor skills with services, users, phases, and catalog items so that when you add services to a work order, they will automatically get to the appropriate phases and techs.

Service Contract Types

You can add service contract types to define the types of service requests that can be created from service contracts.

You can add service contract status reasons to define the reasons that you can select when changing the service contract status.

Repair Order Check Out

When you add a service to a repair order, you need to check out the repair order...

...so that another user cannot add a service to this repair order or change service price and quantity until this repair order is checked in.

In the same way, when you start editing repair order service price or quantity, the repair order gets automatically checked out by you...

...and another user can neither change service price and quantity nor add a service to this repair order until this repair order is checked in.

Filter service request appointments by date

We have added the ‘Appointment Date’ filter to the ‘Advanced Search’ form on the ‘Service Requests’ page so now you can find service requests with appointments scheduled for today or a particular date.

Also, we have added the ability to send alerts with calendar attachments that can be imported to calendar applications.

Cancel creating a new service request

You can click the ‘Cancel’ button on the ‘Service Request Details’ view if you need to stop creating a new service request.
