When you click the ‘Service Request Number’ link on the ‘Service Requests’ page...
...you can use the filter options on the ‘Service Request Timeline’ view.
If you don’t want to see all the filter options, you can hide the ones that you don’t use.
On the Company tab, click Company Info, and then on the Company Setting tab, in the Service Request Timeline section, click Configure.
On the Service Request Timeline Config page, you will see that all filter options are selected by default.
Clear the checkbox next to filter options that you want to hide, and then click Save.
Now, on the ‘Service Request Timeline’ view, only selected filter options will be displayed.
