Auto-matching the name of the column header in the .csv file with the name of the service request field

There is no need to match each column header in the .csv file to the corresponding service request field. You can change the names of the column headers in the .csv file to be the same as service request fields, and the Service Requests Import tool will automatically match them while importing data.

To import service requests from CSV file

  • In the Back Office application, on the Operations tab, click Service Requests Import.

  • On the Import Service Requests page, click Select CSV, browse to the appropriate .csv file, click it, click Open, and then click Upload File.

  • In the Select Service Request Type box, select default type; if needed, select default customer and default label, and then click Next.
