Service request warnings

If there are any warnings related to service requests, the appropriate menu item appears so that you can open the ‘Warnings’ view and check if you need to solve any issues.

Service request recalls

If the service request vehicle has ever been recalled, the appropriate menu item appears so that you can open the ‘Recalls’ view to see the detailed information on each safety recall.

Service request audit log

We have added the ‘Audit Log’ item to the service request menu so now you can see what changes were made to the service request, as well as who made these changes and when.

Print service requests and related entities

We have added the ‘Print’ item to the service request menu so now you can generate the service request print preview.

Also, you can generate the print preview of the related entity when you click the inspection, work order, or invoice link on the ‘Service Requests’ page, ‘Service Request’ detail view, or related entity list view.

Enhancements for service request list and details

We have made the following improvements to the ‘Service Requests’ page and the ‘Service Request’ detail view:

  • The confirmation message is displayed when closing service requests

  • The ‘Back’ option on the ‘Service Request’ detail view is unified for consistency

  • Column titles are shown in the list view of related inspections, work orders, and invoices

Filter warehouses by status

We have added the ‘Status’ filter to the ‘Advanced Search’ form on the ‘Warehouses’ view so now you can show either active or inactive warehouses.
