Manage service request services

In the ‘Service Request’ detail view, you can see the list of services added to the service request.

When you click the service list, the ‘Services’ view shows up so that you can add, edit, and delete the services.

Manage service request documents

You can open the ‘Documents’ view by clicking the ‘Documents’ counter on the ‘Service Requests’ page or the ‘Documents’ section in the ‘Service Request’ detail view.

In the ‘Documents’ view, you can add, edit, and delete documents related to the service request.

Additional filter options for some reports

We have added the necessary filter options for the following reports:

  • Revenue By Service

  • Revenue By Service Type
