You can assign question forms to work order types so that when you create work orders of this type in the mobile app you can answer questions from assigned question forms.
In the Work Order Type dialog box, click the Question Forms tab, move the appropriate question forms from the Available Question Forms box to the Assigned Question Forms box, and then click OK.
When you create or edit work orders of this type you will see the questions from assigned question forms on the Questions screen.
