Changes in the ‘Parts Ordering’ process
We have made the following changes to the ‘Parts Ordering’ process:
If the 'Get Quotes' button is available, the ‘Provider’ drop-down list is disabled, and when you click the 'Get Quotes' button:
Part providers with the ‘N/A’ type in the ‘Team’ settings and punch-out providers without a part provider vendor will not be shown.
Part provider vendors that have the same repair locations as selected on the Parts Management page will be shown first, followed by providers that don't have the repair location but have the same area as selected repair order.

Note When you click the 'Get Quotes' button and there is no available part provider, the appropriate message appears.
