Approve work orders
If the ‘Approval Required’ setting is turned on for a work order type, final work orders are saved as ‘New’ and you can approve them by tapping the appropriate button.
Select a service group when adding services to repair orders
When you add services to repair orders, you can see service groups based on the ‘Group adding services by’ setting of work order types.
Allow adding services to work orders and repair orders
You can now define whether mobile app users can add specific services to work orders and repair orders by selecting the appropriate setting on the work order type level in the ReconPro Classic Back Office application.
