Approve repair order services

You can access the ‘Repair Order Services Approval’ page by clicking the ‘Approve Services’ menu item on the ‘Repair Orders’ page.

Filter repair orders by free text search

We have added the ‘Has this text’ filter to the Advanced Search form on the Repair Orders page, so now you can find repair orders by free text search in combination with other filters.

Filter repair orders by tasks

We have added the ‘Task’ filter and the ‘Task Status’ filter to the Advanced Search form on the Repair Orders page, so now you can find repair orders by tasks. 

Assign technician when adding a service to repair order

You can select a team and technician when adding a service of the Money and the Labor price type to repair orders. 

Note If a technician is assigned to a service by default, the technician will be preselected for the service.

Sort repair orders by target date

You can now sort repair orders by target date from oldest to newest.

Showing PO# for parts management

We have added the ‘PO#’ field to the part detail view on the Parts Management page.

We have also added the PO# column to the ‘Submit Quote’ page.

Select technician for unassigned tasks in repair orders

We have added an ability to assign a repair order task to a team and technician.

Auto-scroll to the current repair location

When you click the Repair Location filter on the Repair Orders page, the drop-down list is automatically scrolled to the current repair location.
